I rained this morning AGAIN. It has been nonstop rain here and I’m sooooooo over it! BUT I was pleasantly surprised when the sun came out this afternoon and of course I had to grab my camera…..
One guess on who picked out his outfit….
He LOVES these fire engine rain boots….he talked Grandmommy into these during our Target trip.
